So, the sky looks blue because when the sun shines, the blue moves fastest than other colors. It is because blue has shortest wave length. That is why we can see the sky blue. However, when the sun sets, we cannot see blue color because it has moved, and the rea and orange colors stay. This explains why we see those colors when the sunset.
