If you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we collect your Apple-provided identifier, name (if shared), and email address (if shared).

You may add details of items (e.g., passports, ID cards, licences, certifications, food, medicine) including names, expiry dates, and optional images.
Images and item details can be stored securely in our cloud backup service (if you enable this feature).
1.3 Analytics Data
We collect anonymous usage data to help us understand how the app is used and improve our features.
This may include device type, app version, time spent in the app, and interactions with app features.
1.4 Payment Information
If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by Apple App Store.
We do not store your credit card or payment details.

To create and manage your account.
To provide cloud backup for your expiry items and images.
To send reminders for upcoming expiry dates (if enabled).
To improve our services through analytics.
To manage your subscription and provide unlimited item tracking if subscribed.
Your data is stored on secure servers using encryption in transit and at rest.
Only authorized personnel can access your data for troubleshooting or maintenance purposes.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except:
Service Providers who help us operate the app (e.g., cloud storage providers, analytics providers).

You can:
Access & Update your account information in the app.
Delete Your Account by contacting us at [Support Email]. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Disable Cloud Backup in the app settings if you prefer to store all data locally on your device.
The app offers an optional subscription for Unlimited Item Tracking.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
The app is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and will take effect immediately upon posting.
