Call In/Call Out 

Instructions for Clocking In/Out:

1. Call:

   1. Dial for English: 1-866-906-2544

   2. Наберите на русском: 1-866-981-1952 

2. Clock IN press: 1

3. Clock OUT press: 2

4. Enter Assignment ID

5. Duty codes: See list below

6. After entering Duty Codes Press “00” to Clock OUT “Successfully clocked in/out” 

What to do if a problem occurs:

1. Make sure you are dialing the correct number.

2. If the number is correct, redial the number and try to complete the EVV.

3. If you are still unable to successfully complete the EVV, please contact the office.

4. Please note: Failure to call the EVV system at the beginning and end of a patient visit will result in forfeit of payment for the visit.
