Steve Ohlfest, Expert Apple Trainer

I first became interested in Macs while working on my Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Production. I’ve always owned only Apple computers, which is how I first became interested in working for Apple. In 2005 I was made one of the original Denver-area Apple Store Creatives and obtained several Apple software certifications during my seven-year career there.

I spent two years traveling the world onboard Celebrity Cruises as an iLounge Manager,  obtaining additional Apple certifications and overseeing the world’s only “Apple Authorized Store at Sea”, teaching guests about Apple Products.

Upon returning to Denver, I spent nine years with The MacSpa, an Apple-centric small business teaching technology classes and tutoring folks on how to better use their Macs, iPhones, iPads and more. 

As the highest rated Apple Product Trainer on Wyzant, I continue to help individuals gain the most from their Apple technology and daily lives. I'm available appointments remote via Zoom and Denver-area in-person. Utilizing technology, I help with video production, photo organizing and editing, music creation, file organization, email, password management, bill and subscription reductions and budget planning, basic websites, printers, discount travel preparation, App usage, AI,  and virtually every other computer use!

Now based in Montrose, Colorado, I love spending my spare time in the Colorado outdoors – skiing, hiking and biking. I’m also passionate about getting travel deals and love traveling the world to visit theme parks.
