Verona can be reached easily by different means of transport.
By airplane
Verona Airport “Valerio Catullo” (Villafranca – VRN)
The airport is located about 12 km from the city centre. From the airport, Verona city centre can be reached by the Aerobus shuttle to Verona Porta Nuova railway station.

By train
Verona is well-connected by rail. The main railway station is Verona Porta Nuova.
From Verona Porta Nuova station, the Santa Marta Campus can be reached by public buses (for example, lines 11, 12 or 13) or by taxi.
Alternatively, Verona Porta Vescovo station is within walking distance of the Santa Marta Campus.
By car
Verona is easily accessible by car and is served by the A4 (Milan–Venice) and A22 (Brenner–Modena) highways.
When driving into the city centre, please note that Verona has Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL). We recommend checking parking options near the Santa Marta Campus in advance.

We strongly advise you to make your hotel booking as soon as possible due to the opera season in Verona.

Participants requiring a visa are strongly encouraged to register at the earliest opportunity.
Invitation letters will not be issued until the tuition fee has been received in full.
Participants are responsible for contacting the appropriate embassy or consulate in their country of residence.
Accidents insurance at the course venue is not provided, please make sure you are adequately insured during your stay.
Evidence of health insurance is required for participants from outside the EU, at their own cost.
The power grid is 220 V / 50 Hz.
In Italy, the power plug sockets are of type C, L and F.
