To ensure a relaxing, respectful, and professional environment for everyone, please keep the following in mind when visiting Experience Massage & Spa:

1. Arrive on Time
   Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to use the restroom, and settle in before your service begins. Please text If you will be arriving late.
   
   

2. Shower Before Your Appointment
   Good hygiene is appreciated and helps ensure the best experience during your treatment.
   
   

3. Respect Personal and Professional Boundaries
   Please respect  personal and  professional  boundaries.
   
   

4. Communicate Openly
   Share any health concerns, allergies, or preferences before your session begins. Your comfort and safety are top priorities.
   
   

5. Act with Courtesy
   Please treat me and my space with respect. This is a space for healing, relaxation, and care.
   
   

6. Silence or Mute Devices
   To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence your phone or smart devices during your visit.
   
   

7. Cancellation Policy
   Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
   
   

8. Payment and Gratuity
   Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is never required but always appreciated.
