Expenzo is a software application owned and operated by HardikBhardwaj. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Expenzo and any related services or features. By accessing or using Expenzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Expenzo.
Expenzo is an iOS application that syncs with your Notion database to provide expense tracking functionality.
Expenzo is mostly free to use. Only certain advanced features are paywalled, and you can continue using the app with no issues on the free plan. You can upgrade to Expenzo Pro with a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase. These prices may change without notice.
To connect Expenzo to Notion, you need a Notion account and must grant the app permission to access your Notion data. If you prefer, you can also use Expenzo as a standalone expense tracking app without Notion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Notion account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Expenzo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HardikBhardwaj and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Expenzo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall HardikBhardwaj, nor his employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
