ExpenseVault supports Google Sign-In.

ExpenseVault uses this information to create or authenticate your ExpenseVault account and associate your account with your financial records.

ExpenseVault does not receive or store your Google account password.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

13. Account and Data Deletion

ExpenseVault provides an account deletion feature accessible from:

Before permanently deleting an account, ExpenseVault may require the user to re-authenticate.

Important

When an account deletion request is successfully processed, we intend to delete the user's account and associated ExpenseVault data maintained by us, subject to technical limitations, legal obligations, security requirements, and applicable retention requirements.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law or where necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Developer implementation requirement

The account deletion process must remove all user-associated cloud records maintained by ExpenseVault, including, where applicable:

• Firebase Authentication account

• User profile document

• Transactions

• Categories

• Budgets

• Financial goals

• Other user-created financial records

If certain records cannot currently be automatically deleted, they should not be represented as immediately deleted in this Privacy Policy until the deletion implementation has been completed.
