Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our applications (the “Service”), operated by Hovl Studio (“Hovl Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Some parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it. You can cancel renewal at any time through “Subscriptions” in the Settings app.
Hovl Studio may, at any time and at its sole discretion, change the Subscription fees. Any changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
Except where required by law, Subscription fees are non-refundable. If local consumer protection laws apply, refunds will be processed as required under those laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hovl Studio and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Inability to access or use the Service.
Conduct or content of third parties on the Service.
Content obtained from the Service.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or transmissions.
Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where such limitations are not allowed, liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible.
You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Hovl Studio does not guarantee that:
The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.
Any errors or defects will be corrected.
The Service is free of viruses or harmful components.
The Service will meet your specific requirements.
Where applicable law does not allow disclaimers, these limitations will apply only to the extent permitted.
