The expense can be exported and imported in excel format. The format is provided in below section.
Export Data:
Click on ‘Summary’ tab and Select 'From Date' and 'To Date'.
Click on 'Export' button as in Figure 5
A folder selection dialog appears. Like Figure : Folder location
Select folder location and click 'Select' button.
A dialog box appears with message 'File Generated successfully'.
Import Data:
1. Click on 'Import Data' menu as Figure 'Import Data'. An 'Access permission request' dialog appears.
2. Click 'Allow' button to read the excel file.
3. Click on 'Browse' button. 'File' window appears.
4. Select valid xls file with expense data. See Appendix A: Excel format.
5. ‘Successfully Imported the data’ message appears.
