# Expense Sense AI Privacy Policy Draft

Expense Sense AI is designed as a private expense tracking app. Your expenses, income entries, categories, profile photo, settings, and AI usage counters are stored locally on your device.

## Data We Store

The app may store:

- Expense and income entries you add

- Account labels and category choices

- Currency setting

- Budget amount

- Profile name and profile photo

- Local sign-in PIN state and biometric preference

- AI Plus entitlement state returned by Google Play Billing

## Data Sharing

Expense Sense AI does not sell your data. The app does not send your expense entries, profile photo, or local finance data to our server.

If you purchase AI Plus, Google Play processes the subscription. Google may process purchase, payment, tax, and account information under Google Play's own policies.

## Backups

Android cloud backup is disabled for app data. The profile photo and shared preferences are excluded from backup and device transfer by the app's data extraction rules.

## AI Features

AI features are designed for private expense tracking and educational spending insights. The app does not provide investment advice, tax advice, loan advice, insurance advice, legal advice, or financial product recommendations.

## Camera And Photos

If you choose to add a profile photo, you can take a photo with the camera or select an image from your device. The image is stored locally in the app's private storage.

## Security

The app uses local PIN and biometric unlock where supported by your device. Cleartext network traffic is disabled. You remain responsible for keeping your device, screen lock, and Google account secure.
