Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Expense Mint Pro.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Expense Mint Pro, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, the application should not be installed or used.

2. License

Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the application on a personal device. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification of the app is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the application
  
  

• Maintaining backups of their local data when needed
  
  

• Securing their device and biometric authentication
  
  

4. Data Ownership

All data created in the application is fully owned and controlled by the user. No data is transmitted to the developer or third parties.

5. Service Availability

Expense Mint Pro is provided as a standalone offline application. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may update or discontinue features as necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is.” The developer is not responsible for:

• Financial decisions made using the app
  
  

• Data loss caused by device malfunction, uninstalling the app, or user error
  
  

• Issues arising from modified or unsupported devices
  
  

7. Updates

The developer may release updates to improve performance or add features. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination

Users may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the application. Any breach of these terms may result in termination of the user’s license.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the user’s local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable regulation.
