This privacy policy applies to the Expara app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Sadık Tabakoğlu (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed to prioritize user privacy. It does not require account registration, and the Service Provider does not collect, store, or share any personal information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number on external servers.

All financial records, budget data, and category limits you enter are stored locally on your mobile device via SQLite.

The Application is designed to function offline. It does not use any third-party advertising services (e.g., AdMob) and does not use any third-party payment processors (e.g., RevenueCat).

This Application does not collect precise real-time location information of your mobile device.

4. Data Storage and Security

All financial data you enter into the Application remains exclusively on your device. The Service Provider does not have access to your budget or expense records. Since data is stored locally, if you uninstall the Application, your data will be deleted. We recommend using the Application's manual backup feature or your device's built-in backup systems.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
