This is a homebrew enabler for PSVITA. It only works on firmware 3.65 to 3.74 of both PSVITA and PSTV.Â
The first option is the web browser method you can do directly on your PSVITA or PSTV.
The second option is through PC installing the EXPBREW app on your windows pc. You connect your PSVITA or PSTV to your pc and open the content manager on your PSVITA or PSTV and install the only 2 apps avalible from your pc. Do not try to modify the apps.
