Guidelines @ Exotic Stay

• • All rooms are equipped with pedestal fan (AC not required due to cool climate throughout the year)

  • We do not encourage parties & late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10pm.

  • Guests are prohibited from smoking & setting up hookahs. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items.

  • As required by law, every guest above 18 must carry government approved photo ID proof, that has the residential address on it. We accept only Aadhar, Driving License & Passport.

  • Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

  • Request you to kindly use the dustbins for throwing any waste items, refrain from littering the premises.

  • We do not encourage the use of plastic; hence we keep the drinking water refilled in glass bottles which is filtered & safe to drink.

  • We have a Non-Refundable policy. Bookings once done will not be cancelled. No refund will be given. Will try our best to reschedule the cancelled booking on the next available dates within 30 days from cancellation.

• Lavasa (8kms) is a private planned city built near Pune. It is stylistically based on the Italian town Portofino, with a street and several buildings bearing the name of that town.

• Nilkantheshwar Temple (40.5 kms) is a beautiful temple on a hill top, a must visit place if you love to trek & enjoy the scenic beauty.

• Panshet Dam (22 kms) also called Tanajisagar Dam, is a dam on the Ambi river, a tributary of the Mutha River, about 50 kms southwest of the city of Pune in western India. The dam was constructed in late 1950s for irrigation and, along with three other dams nearby, Varasgaon, Temghar & Khadakwasla, it supplies drinking water to Pune.
