Terms of Service

Welcome to EXOLO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EXOLO mobile application ("App") provided by Kello Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this App.

b. Personal Use Only

EXOLO is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You may use the App to create, edit, and export resumes or CVs.

c. Account

No account is required to use the App. However, some optional features (such as cloud backup or sharing) may require you to log in with third-party services.

2. User Content

You retain full ownership of the content (e.g., CVs, personal details) you input into the App.

By using the App, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you create.

• You will not submit false or misleading information.

• You will not use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

The EXOLO App, including its design, code, templates, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of  Kello Solutions and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute the App or its content without our permission.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may offer features that integrate with third-party services (e.g., email clients, cloud storage). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for those services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We do not guarantee that CVs generated using the App will meet the expectations of any third party (e.g., employers).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or missed job opportunities.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App and update the “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
