Body Blitz Em Fit is a class of female empowerment. We encourage, motivate & inspire each female to do the best they can. Each sessions varies in order to keep you motivated and engaged whist seeing results in your confidence, waist line, strength , ability & overall fitness levels Sessions include Circuits, Boxercise (lead by a full qualified Boxercise & Kickboxing licensed instructor), Tabata, HIIT, Weight Lifting & much more. This class is exclusive for ladies over 16 years.
Flex Em Fit is an exclusive class designed by Emma. Flex & sculpt those muscles to the beat of the music. This class is choreographed but not danced. Small dumbells & increased reps will have you feeling toned and flexed in no time. A full body workout including abs & core too. Minimum weights 2kg. maximum 8kg. This class designed for participants aged 16 and over, but children/babies are welcomed into the class environment. Please provide a few snacks and toys to keep occupied.
Sweaty Mama is the fun, effective, interactive workout with your little one. A Specialist in Pre & Post Natal fitness, you are in safe hands. This 45 minute workout is suitable for all ladies and abilities from 6 weeks post-partum. A choreographed workout to upbeat music, you'll experience dance, strength, resistance, core and light ab work.

Clubbercise is a full body workout with a BANGING soundtrack that's fun, gets great results and suits all fitness levels. Set to club anthems from the 90's classics to the latest hits, classes are held in a darkened room with party lights and our trademark LED GLOW STICKS! Our easy to follow routines combine Dance, Toning & Combat moves. Burn up to 700cals in a single session & bring a night out to your workout! This class is for women aged 16 +, however teen girls aged 13 + can attend with an accompanying adult.
Family Clubbercise is Fun & Fitness for all of the family! A fun, sociable and creative way for families to be active together. Set to music to suit all ages from the 90's upwards, this class is sure to be a hit! So Mum's there's no reason for you to miss out on keeping fit and enjoying those club classics, as the kiddies get to join in too! Let's increase fitness levels, boost motivation & get moving more! This class is in a darkened room with disco lights. Suitable for girls & boys, mums & dads! Not suitable for those with light sensitivity /epilepsy or noise sensitivities.
Boxercise is a fitness class that combines boxing movements with exercise. It's a fun, safe and challenging workout that's suitable for all fitness levels & ages from 16. The class teaches you how to punch & kick focus pads correctly, hold focus pads whilst combining games, drills & circuits. These classes will use your aerobic & anaerobic energy systems, improve hand-eye coordination, balance & timing, whilst toning, tightening muscle fibres and relieving stress.
This class is for Women aged 16 + currently.
