1. General Coaching Disclaimer
All services provided by Waleska Latorre and Executive Coaching Budapest—including in-person group mixers, workshops, and private 1-on-1 coaching sessions—are for educational, personal development, and communication-enhancement purposes only.
No Professional Liability: Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or psychological therapy.
Results Disclaimer: While our programs are designed to enhance social intelligence and communication confidence, individual outcomes depend entirely on personal effort, background, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific social, professional, or romantic results.
2. Event Ticketing & Strict No-Refund Policy
To maintain our elite standards and ensure an intimate, high-quality networking dynamic, all seats at our in-person masterclasses and mixers are strictly limited.
All Sales Are Final: Due to the limited seat capacity per table, all ticket purchases made via Eventbrite or our website are 100% non-refundable.
Cancellations & No-Shows: If you are unable to attend an event, your ticket cannot be refunded. However, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend by notifying us via email at hello@englishacademyclub.com at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
Venue Policies: Attendees are responsible for complying with the dress code (Smart Casual / Business Casual) and individual purchase policies of our host venues (such as the Four Seasons MĂšZSA Lounge minimum drink purchase). Executive Coaching Budapest is not responsible for any individual expenses incurred at the venue.
3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding the personal data of our international community.
Information Collection: We collect minimal personal data (such as your name, email address, and company/job title) solely when you voluntarily register for an event via Eventbrite, subscribe to our newsletter, or submit an inquiry form.

GDPR Compliance: For our European and international expat clients, we process data in accordance with general data protection regulations.
