I have a passion for wellness, beauty, and empowering women! I believe beauty is more than skin deep and starts from within! I became interested in health and wellness when my children were young, and I wanted to find more natural ways to help them overcome colds with less toxins. I searched for old fashioned ways, and it opened a huge door of discovery for me! I have found it's so much more than just vitamins and exercise, but also includes mindset, and the products we put on our skin daily!
