The Exeptional Math Coaching Experience

Exceptional Math Coaching & Consulting provides high-quality, one-on-one math instruction for students and adult learners around the world. Our focus is long-term growth, deep understanding, and personalized support.

We work with learners from upper elementary through college-level math, including those preparing for standardized exams or returning to math after time away. Sessions are customized to each student’s needs and scheduled flexibly in with sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

With a commitment to clarity, confidence, and academic excellence, we help students strengthen skills, build fluency, and approach math with purpose and confidence.

Founder & Owner, Tekia Timmons

Tekia Timmons, has always had a passion for mathematics since her childhood. Her love for this subject led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from Kennesaw State University.

For over 17 years, Ms. Timmons has taught high school math in public and private schools in various parts of the world such as the United States, Vietnam, and Ethiopia. She strongly believes that math is a language that everyone can learn to speak with the right level of challenge and support. Ms. Kia enhances her lessons with technology, making them engaging and interactive for her students.

She is thrilled to share her enthusiasm for math with her students and help them develop a strong foundation in the subject. In her free time, Ms. Timmons enjoys creating beautiful jewelry, traveling, and discovering new cuisines with her family. She currently resides in Metro Atlanta, Georgia (USA), her next adventures will be in Jakarta, Indonesia when she relocates Summer 2025.
