What do the terms 'privacy' and 'dignity' mean to you?
Privacy is giving someone space, whenever and wherever they need it.
Dignity focuses on the individual, including:
Respecting their views, choices and decisions
Communicating directly with the individual whenever possible
Not making assumptions about how they want to be treated
Working with care and compassion
