As an operational (Bronze) commander you will be expected to:
Liaise with and manage (under the direction of the Ambulance Incident / Tactical / Silver commander) all medical resources at the scene
Identify hazards / potential risk
Use the National Decision Model to develop an operational plan
Direct personnel and monitor staff resources
Liaise closely with other services on site
Provide a regular briefing to the Ambulance Incident / Tactical / Silver Commander
Compile a de-brief report
Attend a table top exercise and perfrom the role of the Opertional Commander
Make and record decisions using the National Decision Model
Prove core competence in this role
Complete Operational Commander Activity
