Damaged BT socket, replaced with a new and updated NTE Master socket

Customer stated they couldn't use their home network after an electrician ran several network cables around their home.
Unfortunately you can not daisy chain network cable like telephone lines hence the customer was unable to use any of their sockets, took a while to work it out as i was advised the wiring was new and recently installed.
problem solved, now customer happy to have working sockets so he can work from home and have his smart devices hardwired.
