These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the LexPort Exam Prep mobile application (“App”), provided by Bala Murali CT (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the App
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country/region. If you’re using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
2. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial study preparation purposes. You agree not to:
copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App,
misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access,
use the App in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.
3. Educational disclaimer (important)
The App is for educational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by AMSN or MSNCB. Your exam results depend on many factors; we do not guarantee certification or outcomes.
4. Accounts and account deletion
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You can request account deletion within the App via Settings → Delete Account.
5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase (“Pro”). Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Pricing may vary by region.
Billing: Your subscription is billed through your Apple ID account.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage/Cancel: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Google Play account (Android).
■ Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least

■ Manage/Cancel iOS: Apple ID account settings → Subscriptions
■ Manage/Cancel Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions
■ Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android)
according to their respective policies.
6. Content and intellectual property
All content in the App (including questions, explanations, text, and design) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not redistribute or republish App content without our permission.
7. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Third-party services
The App may use third-party services (for example, analytics, authentication, or cloud services) that have their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
