Welcome to Examens National Bac Maroc (BRain96) (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). This Privacy Policy is intended to inform users about our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when they use our Application.

The Application is developed and maintained by BRain96 and is designed to provide Moroccan Baccalaureate (Bac) students with access to official national examination papers (Examens Nationaux) in PDF format to support their academic preparation.

Information We Do Not Collect 

BRain96 is firmly committed to user privacy. The Application does NOT collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) whatsoever. Specifically, we do not collect:

•        Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, date of birth, etc.)

•        Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or hardware serial numbers

•        Location data (precise or approximate)

•        Usage data, analytics, or behavioral tracking information

•        Log files, crash reports, or diagnostic data linked to your identity

•        Financial or payment information of any kind

•        Contacts, calendar data, or any other on-device information

•        Cookies or similar tracking technologies

Since the Application does not connect to any external server operated by BRain96 and does not require user registration or login, no personal data exchange occurs between the user and our systems.

Third-Party Services

The Application may include third-party services or libraries (such as the Android platform itself, PDF rendering engines, or Google Play Services) that may have their own independent privacy practices. BRain96 does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their data collection or privacy practices.

Content and Intellectual Property

The Application provides access to official Moroccan Baccalaureate national examination papers. These documents are published by the Moroccan Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports (Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale, du Préscolaire et des Sports). BRain96 does not claim ownership of the examination content and provides it solely for educational and non-commercial purposes to assist students in their studies.

Children's Privacy 

The Application is designed for students preparing for the Moroccan Baccalaureate examination and may be used by individuals under the age of 13. Given that the Application does not collect any personal data from any user, regardless of age, it is fully compliant with applicable children's privacy protection regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent international regulations.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no data collection occurs within the Application, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of minors' data.

Data Security

Although the Application does not collect personal data, BRain96 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of application security. The Application is built using industry-standard secure development practices. Since no user data is transmitted to or stored on our servers, the risk of a data breach involving user personal information is non-existent within the scope of this Application.

Application Permissions 

The Application requests only the minimum permissions necessary to fulfill its core functionality. Any permissions requested during installation are strictly limited to enabling the display and interaction with PDF documents within the Application. The Application does not request access to sensitive device resources such as the camera, microphone, contacts, location services, or external storage beyond what is strictly necessary for PDF viewing.

Users can review the permissions requested by the Application on the Google Play Store listing page at any time.

Changes to This Privacy Policy 

BRain96 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting them.

Continued use of the Application following the posting of any updates to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
