### Location Information
The eWork application may access your device's location information when you use features that require location verification.
Location data is used to:
- Verify that you are within an authorized workplace or designated attendance location.
- Support attendance check-in and check-out functionality.
- Verify the location associated with attendance records.
- Help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent attendance submissions.
eWork may collect precise location information when the location-based attendance feature is being used. Location information is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and is not used for advertising or marketing.
Location data may be transmitted securely to our servers when required to process attendance or location verification. We do not sell location information to third parties.
Location information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the relevant attendance and verification services and to comply with applicable company requirements and legal obligations.
Users may control location permissions through their device settings. If location permission is disabled, certain location-based features of eWork, such as location-based attendance verification, may not function properly.
