Without prior permission, no part of these educational materials shall be amended, used for commercial or non-commercial purposes, copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, downloaded, transmitted in any form or by any means, or released to the internet or other social media platforms.

Users should not screen record or share their credentials with others. If the institute finds any suspicious activities on a user account, they have full authority to ban the user’s account, and no refund will be provided.

All applications (Android, Huawei, iOS, Windows, Mac OS, Web) are directly connected to our secured servers, which run the anti-cheating system as well as the core servers. All network connections are encrypted with HTTPS.

The web application hosted under https://ewings.lk uses third-party services that may collect information/user activity used to identify you and for analytics.

Log Data

We log almost all the actions you perform within the application, such as:

• Clicking on buttons within the application

• Navigating within the application

• Total watch time of the videos

Anti-Cheating Engine

This system operates on a highly secured server. All applications connect to this security server, which verifies your identity and monitors your actions within the system (not your device). This server detects any misuse of the intellectual properties of Dr. Darshana Ukuwela, such as downloading, screen recording, or sharing login credentials with others. The security server also records the duration you watch videos/lectures/lessons.

If the application fails to connect to this server or detects any suspicious activities as mentioned above, you will not be able to watch the videos and will be logged out from the system.

Cookies and Browser Local Storage

Cookies are files with a small amount of data commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
