Biography

Sung Min Park (M’02–SM’13) received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejeon, South Korea, in 1993, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University College London, London, U.K., in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Imperial College London, London, in 2000.,In 2004, he joined the Department of Electronics Engineering, Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea, as a Faculty Member, where he is currently a Professor. His research interests include high-speed analog/digital integrated circuit designs in submicrometer CMOS and SiGe HBT technologies for the applications of optical interconnects, silicon photonics, and RF communications.,Dr. Park served on the Technical Program Committees for a number of international conferences including ISSCC from 2004 to 2009.
