The NHS tutor/mentor program matches parent/teacher requests to one of our volunteers. This service ensures that the needs of students, both academically and socially, are being met and supported. It allows for our members and the students they tutor/mentor to form new connections and learn more about themselves and their abilities. Additionally, we strive to ease the transition from junior high to high school, aiming for students to have familiar, friendly faces in a period that is otherwise new and, at times, overwhelming.   Our tutors and mentors understand that each student's situation and needs are unique and are ready to accommodate them however possible.
