Working within both the catheterization and EP laboratories, he supported advanced procedures, helped manage equipment planning and capital budgeting, and played a key role in training an expanding electrophysiology team. His responsibilities evolved quickly, and by 2019, he was promoted to Coordinator for both Electrophysiology and Interventional Radiology. This broader role required him to manage multi-department operations, streamline supply chains, lead equipment acquisitions, and support workflow standardization during a period of significant program growth.

In 2022, Evyatar Nitzany was appointed Program Manager of Electrophysiology and Interventional Radiology at El Camino Health.
