EVT Navigator

EVT Navigator (“the app”) is a medical reference and educational app developed by Cassidy Werner, MD.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and what choices users have.

Information Collection
EVT Navigator is designed to function without user accounts or account registration.

The app does not intentionally collect, sell, or share personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information entered into the app, such as reference inputs or workflow selections, is intended for on-device use within the app experience.

Feedback and Email
If a user chooses to send feedback using the “Suggestions or comments” feature, the app opens the user’s email application and prepares an email message. Any information the user includes in that email is transmitted by the user’s own email provider and is subject to that provider’s privacy practices.

Users should avoid including patient identifiers or other sensitive personal information in feedback emails.

Data Sharing
EVT Navigator does not sell personal data to third parties.

EVT Navigator does not use personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data Storage
App settings and reference preferences may be stored locally on the user’s device to support app functionality.

Children’s Privacy
EVT Navigator is not directed to children.

Security
Reasonable efforts are made to limit data handling within the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
