This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications:

• E.V.R.M. Vision – 2Wheelie
• E.V.R.M. Vision – 2Wheelie Plus
• E.V.R.M. Vision – 2Wheelie Squads

(collectively referred to as the "2Wheelie Applications").

The 2Wheelie Applications provide rider communication, navigation, route planning, rider awareness, group coordination, location-based services, video communication, and related motorcycle, scooter, e-bike, and powersports features.

Information We Collect

Depending on enabled features, the 2Wheelie Applications may request access to:

• Location Services (GPS)
• Camera
• Microphone
• Bluetooth
• Nearby Devices
• Network and Internet Connectivity

These permissions are used exclusively to provide rider-to-rider communication, navigation, route planning, location awareness, safety features, device discovery, video communication, and related application functions.

Health and Biometric Data

The 2Wheelie Applications do not collect, store, transmit, sell, share, or process health, biometric, medical, fitness, or wellness data.

The 2Wheelie Applications are not medical devices and do not provide healthcare, fitness tracking, medical monitoring, diagnosis, treatment, or health-record services.

Any references to external sensors or Bluetooth-connected devices are used solely for device connectivity and communication features unless explicitly disclosed in a future version of this Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

The 2Wheelie Applications do not store personal information on E.V.R.M. Vision Technologies servers.

User settings, preferences, route information, ride data, communications, and application configuration may be stored locally on the user's device to support application functionality.

Location Information

Location access is used to support navigation, route planning, rider awareness, rider-to-rider positioning, map services, and related safety features.

Location information is not sold to third parties.

Camera and Microphone

Camera and microphone access are used only when the user activates features requiring video, image capture, voice communication, or related rider communication services.

Bluetooth and Nearby Devices

Bluetooth and Nearby Devices permissions are used for rider discovery, peer-to-peer communication, connectivity features, and related application functionality.

Third-Party Services

The 2Wheelie Applications do not contain advertising networks.

The applications may utilize platform services such as Google Play Services, Google Maps, Google Location Services, and other required infrastructure providers necessary for application operation.

Children's Privacy

The 2Wheelie Applications are not directed toward children under 13 years of age and do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect user information and maintain secure operation of the applications.
