Account Login Information: When you log into evProf, we only request your Email Address and Password. This information is strictly used for account authentication and to secure student access so unauthorized users cannot view class content.
Academic & Activity Data: Content and data displayed within the App—such as submitted assignments, quizzes, tests, academic progress, timetable schedules, and school fee records—are linked to your student account profile to deliver your personalized learning experience.
We do not collect device technical identifiers, location data, camera access, or personal files from your device.
The information provided within the App is used exclusively for educational purposes:
Authentication & Security: Verifying your login credentials (Email and Password) to secure your account.
Academic Services: Allowing you to upload/check assignments, attempt quizzes, view test results, check class timetables, track academic progress, and view fee schedules.
Educational Content Access: Giving you access to online lectures, study materials, and video lectures (both online and for offline viewing within the App).
Emergency & Important Notifications: Sending push notifications regarding school holidays, timetable changes, and emergency announcements.
Offline Material: Course resources and lecture videos saved for offline viewing are stored locally within the App’s isolated cache on your device.
Server Security: Account credentials and academic data transmitted to our servers are encrypted using standard SSL/TLS protocols to prevent unauthorized access.
We respect your privacy and do not sell, share, or rent any student information or login credentials to third parties or advertisers.
Information is only visible to:
Your Educational Institution: School administrators and authorized teachers who manage your courses, assignments, and academic reports.
Push Notification Providers: Basic notification tokens used solely to deliver emergency alerts and school updates to your device.
Since your login credentials (Email and Password) are used to protect your student privacy, you may request account updates or removal of your profile data by contacting your school administrator or reaching out to us directly.
