EvoSprintX (referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) operates the Just Merge mobile application (the “App”) and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled, especially for children, and how you can manage your information.
Data Stored Locally (Not Collected by Us):
All core game progress and statistics are stored only on your local device using secure local storage.
We do not transmit this personal game progress data to our servers.
Data Collected Automatically by Third Parties:
The App uses services provided by Google, which automatically collect non-personally identifiable information necessary for analytics, crash reporting, and serving advertisements.
This may include:
Device Identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID).
Device Metadata (e.g., OS version, device model, language settings) — used only for analytics and app performance monitoring.
Usage Data (e.g., app interactions, crash logs, diagnostics).
IP Address — used by Firebase for analytics and by Google AdMob for serving ads.
Location:
No precise location is collected. Only approximate location may be inferred by Google AdMob to serve age-appropriate ads.
Advertising:
All ads in Just Merge are configured to be child-appropriate and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K.
Ads are served via Google AdMob and may be personalized or non-personalized, depending on device settings. We do not directly collect any personally identifiable information for advertising purposes.
Analytics and Performance:
Data collected by Firebase is used to understand how users interact with the App, identify usage trends, and monitor for crashes or bugs.
This helps improve app performance and user experience.
We do not directly share any user data. However, some data is collected by third-party services necessary for the App to function:
Google AdMob: Provides advertising services.
Google Firebase (Analytics & Remote Config): Provides performance monitoring, usage analytics, and dynamic content delivery.
Since we do not collect personal identity information (such as names, emails, or phone numbers), your primary control over data is via Google’s services:
Ad Personalization:
Users can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting their device settings (e.g., resetting the Android Advertising ID).
Ads for users under 18 are always child-appropriate regardless of personalization settings.
Data Deletion:
To delete all game progress stored locally, uninstall the Just Merge app from your device.
Managing Third-Party Data:
For data collected by Google services (e.g., Advertising ID, approximate location), you can manage or delete it using Google’s privacy tools: https://myadcenter.google.com/controls
