The thing is it’s not your fault. These quick fixes literally set you up for failure by being so restrictive. More often than not, it’s restriction, NOT a lack of will power, that leads to overeating!

Hi, I'm Sian!
I am a busy mum of two children with years of experience of weight training and a passion for fitness and nutrition that spans twenty years. I would say longer but ironically I absolutely hated PE at school 😆
My yo-yo dieting history is even longer and having experienced the negative effects of extreme dieting, such as social isolation, low energy, mood swings, binge eating, and fluctuations in weight, my recent focus has shifted towards overall fitness and wellbeing.
I now understand the importance of long-term lifestyle changes over quick fixes.
My coaching business is centered around helping women make sustainable lifestyle adjustments to reach their health and fitness goals without turning to drastic measures. If you're ready to ditch the quick fix diets and achieve long lasting results you've come to the right place!

Whilst Personal Trainers are fab for having some in person support whilst you train, you are usually left to your own devices outside of that weekly one hour session. That is the nature of the service.
Online coaches offer a much more well-rounded approach to health and fitness. Rather than just providing the exercise component, I will provide you with a personalised exercise program, a nutrition plan, habit coaching, activity targets, weekly check ins to monitor progress and discuss any struggles and much much more. I will work with you on sleep hygiene and stress management as well as food relationship and body image struggles. Fat loss is impacted far more by nutrition, stress, sleep and general activity levels than it is by exercise. And whilst exercise is incredibly important for our overall health and wellbeing incorporating all of these other components alongside it is guaranteed to get you closer to your goals!!
MY coaching will, yes!! In fact you are my ideal client! The majority of my current clients have pretty vibrant social lives and are still achieving great results. In fact I actively encourage clients to socialise. Connection is incredibly important for our well being and I give you tools to navigate these social events without ruining your progress (and no dw I'm not gonna tell you to order a salad!). The more social events you have, the more opportunity you get to practice using the new tools! Win win!!
No, I don't provide meal plans. Only dieticians are allowed to do this! I take a flexible dieting approach where i will give you a calorie bracket, a protein target, fruit and veg targets and sometimes a fat target (you'd be surprised to know some women eat too little fat!). You can then eat what you want within these guidelines! For anyone stuggling with ideas for meals I do provide some example meals. You will also have access to over 100 recipes including high protein, vegan, and gluten free!
This is completely dependent on you and your lifestyle. For beginners or people short on time 2 or 3 workouts a week is plenty. As a minimum 2 x 30 mins strength sessions is enough to see great benefits such as increased muscle strength, improved bone health, better posture and balance, improvef mood, reduced risk of certain diseases and increased confidence and self efficacy.
For more advanced lifters or people with more time, then 4 or 5 sessions is a great target to aim for. I don't recommed training more than 5 times per week as rest and recovery is equally important for progress!
Absolutely not. You are free to cancel at any time. I want clients to stay on because they actually want to, not because I've forced them into it 😊
