If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Evo is a local habit tracking application.

All data is stored on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device data.

3. Subscriptions

Premium features may be available through in-app purchases.

Payments are processed by Stripe or your app store provider.

We do not store payment details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content, including creatures, artwork, branding, and software, belongs to Evo and may not be copied or redistributed.

5. Disclaimer

Evo is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Evo is provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for:

Loss of local data

Device malfunction

Indirect or incidental damages
