This is the Privacy Policy for the Simple TV Browser mobile application ("the App"). This document is a privacy policy. It explains what information is and is not processed when you use the App. By using the App you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept it, please do not use the App.
The App is developed and provided by Eugen Karpov, an independent individual developer ("we," "us," or "the developer"). You can contact us at any time at evkarpdev@gmail.com.
Simple TV Browser does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you. We do not use advertising networks, analytics, or tracking tools. Any information created while using the App (such as settings or browsing data) is stored only locally on your device and is never sent to us.
The only case in which limited data leaves your device relates to subscriptions and is handled by Google, not by us, as described below.
This version assumes the App contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs (e.g., Firebase, AppMetrica), and no offer wall. If any such component is present, it collects data and must be disclosed here — let me know and I'll add the relevant section so the policy matches your Google Play Data safety form.
Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by the Google Play Store. We never receive or store your payment details (such as card numbers). You can renew, pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account. We only verify subscription status through Google Play. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Because we do not collect personal data, we do not use, sell, or share it. We do not transfer your personal data to any third party or to other countries, because we do not hold any.
All App data is stored only locally on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes this data, and you can also clear it at any time through your device settings. Any email you send us for support is kept only as long as needed to respond to you.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not collect personal data, in most cases we hold nothing to act on; the main exception is any correspondence you send to our email. If you are a California resident: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information, and we do not process it for targeted advertising. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Since we do not collect personal information, we have nothing to disclose or delete, but you may contact us at evkarpdev@gmail.com with any request.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect when the revised version is posted here and the "Last updated" date above is changed. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
