Welcome to Evidence ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a secure experience when using our mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your data.
Evidence is designed with privacy as its foundational principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share your photographs or checklist data. * All photos taken within the App are saved exclusively on your device's local storage.
Once the designated timer expires (in the Free version) or when you manually clear the session, the photos are permanently deleted from your device.
We have no servers to receive your images, meaning it is technically impossible for us or any third party to access your evidence.
To function properly, Evidence requires access to your device's camera.
Why we need it: To allow you to take photos of your household items (e.g., iron, stove, doors) before leaving your home.
How we use it: The camera is strictly used in real-time within the App to capture your evidence logs. We do not record video or access the camera in the background.
To help us improve the App and fix bugs, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as app crashes, device model, and OS version). This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to you or your photos.
We offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., Evidence PRO) to unlock premium features. Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process, collect, or store your credit card information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App settings.
