Every Valley Leadership Academy's mission is to enfranchise Chattanooga’s marginalized youth with the Good News of Christ through mentoring and by connecting them and their families with community resources and advancement opportunities.
By God’s grace and through His power, we:
Prevent at-risk behaviors through Bible studies, academic support, creative programming, employment opportunities, conflict resolution, and emergency housing opportunities.
Rescue youth in crisis through intervention and crisis management, evangelism, apologetics, and connections to vital resources in the community.
Sustain positive choices through leadership development, mentoring, permanent housing, vision and calling guidance, college and career preparation and coaching.
Catalyze area churches to engage disconnected youth with opportunities to be included and to belong to nurturing, new covenant families.
