About Me: 

My name is Maddie, and I am a huge fan of the USWNT and NWSL! I started this site so I could talk about soccer and teach others about it as well. My favorite NWSL teams are Washington Spirit, Chicago Red Stars, and Portland Thorns. My favorite players are Carli Lloyd, Julie Ertz, Mallory Pugh, Trinity Rodman, Ashley Sanchez and Sophia Smith. I started playing soccer when I was 5 years old, and I've loved it ever since. I started watching soccer back in 2015, and the first game I really sat down to watch was the 2015 World Cup Final, where Carli Lloyd scored a hat trick in the first 16 minutes. After that, I watched soccer a little more, but I really started watching in around the time of the 2019 World Cup. Since then, I've watched almost every game the USWNT played. I went to my first live game in 2019, when the USWNT was coming aound on their victory tour. I went to 2 USWNT matches in 2022, and met some of the world's best players. I have been to 3 NWSL games for the Washington Spirit, in 2021, 2022 and 2023. The most recent game I went to was when I saw the Spirit take on Angel City on June 10th, where Spirit took a 2-1 home victory.
