Digital Submission:
Please submit your entry via email to ausdlgbtqroundtable@gmail.com - with the subject heading being "Everyone Belongs Here Contest Entry". Please include the creators preferred name and last name, pronouns, school, and grade level in the body of the email. Format options are as follows:
Please submit your poem as a PDF to the email above.
Posters:
Please submit your poster (or a high-quality photograph for non-digital art) as either a PDF, JPEG, or PNG file, and send it to the email above.
Physical Submission:
Physical Submissions will be sent to a Roundtable member (Gene Kahane) by either direct drop off or through district mail:
Direct Drop Off:
Our current direct drop off location is Encinal High School's Main Office (210 Central Ave. Alameda, CA)
To drop off a submission, please place your entry in a large envelope, with the creators preferred name, last name, pronouns, school, grade level, and contact information included on a separate sheet of paper.
On the envelope, please write, "Everyone Belongs Here Contest Entry". Then, deliver the envelope to location.
At Encinal High School, ask for the envelope to be placed in Gene Kahane's mailbox.
We ask that District mail be used by teachers submitting entries on behalf of their class or students.
Please place your entry in a large, flat envelope, along with an additional paper that states the creators preferred name, last name, pronouns, school, and grade.
On that envelope, please write "Gene Kahane, Encinal High School", and use the District Mail system to deliver it.
