EveryLinking respects your privacy and the content you create. This Privacy Policy explains how EveryLinking handles information.
EveryLinking does not automatically collect or transmit personal information, usage activity, advertising identifiers, location data, or analytics data to a developer-operated server.
EveryLinking does not include:
User accounts or sign-in
Advertising
User tracking
Usage analytics
A developer-operated cloud server
Automatic document uploads or synchronization
The following information created or configured in EveryLinking is stored in the app’s private storage area on your device:
Documents and folders
Nodes, descriptions, and connections
Notes
Theme, language, and display settings
Information about the last opened document
This information is not automatically transmitted to the developer.
Depending on your operating system and backup settings, app data may be included in an Apple device backup or iCloud backup. Such backups are handled according to Apple’s policies and your device settings.
EveryLinking imports or exports .everylinking documents only when you explicitly choose to do so.
Imported files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. Exported files may be saved to a file app, cloud storage provider, or another location selected by you. Files stored in those locations are governed by the privacy policies of the applicable service providers.
Deleting EveryLinking does not automatically delete files that you previously exported to an external location.
When you select “Send Feedback” from the Settings screen, EveryLinking opens your device’s default email application. The email may be prefilled with:
The EveryLinking app version
The build number
The operating system platform, such as iOS or Android
EveryLinking does not automatically include document contents, notes, folder names, file paths, or unique device identifiers in the email.
If you choose to send the email, your email address, message, and standard email transmission information may be received by the EveryLinking operator. This information is used only to review and respond to your request or troubleshoot a reported issue. It is not used for advertising or user tracking.
Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and resolve the request. You may request its deletion by contacting the email address below.
EveryLinking does not sell personal information or user-created content.
When you choose to use an email provider, file storage provider, or operating system backup service, that provider’s privacy policy applies. The developer does not disclose user information to third parties except where required by law.
You can delete documents and folders from within the app.
Deleting the app will generally delete information stored in the app’s private storage area on the device. However, the following information may remain:
Files you exported to an external location
Device or cloud backups
Feedback emails you chose to send

EveryLinking is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not knowingly collect personal information automatically through the app.
EveryLinking minimizes exposure of user information by storing user-created content locally and avoiding unnecessary external transmission. However, the security of your device, backup account, and exported files may also depend on the operating system and third-party services you use.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app’s features or data-handling practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
