All sales of digital products (planners, invitations, coloring books, templates, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads.
If you experience any issues with your files (corruption, download problems, etc.), please reach out to us at [YourEmail] and we will help resolve it.
We do not accept returns or refunds on handmade or custom items due to the personalized nature of each product.

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photo evidence.
In such cases, we will either fix the issue, offer a replacement, or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Digital orders cannot be canceled once the file has been delivered.
Custom bouquets and treats can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if production hasn’t started. After that, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
If you need to reschedule a treat or bouquet pickup/delivery, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
