On the day of your celebration, we'll oversee the behind-the-scenes details so you can spend your time making memories with family and friends instead of managing the event. 

• Coordinating - $100-$400

If you've already planned your celebration but would like someone to bring everything together, coordination services provide peace of mind from start to finish. Everstar Events will manage the event timeline, oversee setup and cleanup, coordinate vendors or volunteers, and ensure every detail is executed according to your vision. Pricing varies based on the scope of coordination and the level of support requested. 

Retirement celebration - 40-80 people

• Planning - $800-$1800

A retirement marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and the celebration should be just as memorable. Planning services begin with your vision and include everything from venue selection and vendor coordination to timeline creation and event design. Everstar Events will oversee every detail leading up to the celebration and manage the event behind the scenes, allowing you to celebrate alongside family, friends, and colleagues without the stress of hosting. 

• Coordinating - $300-$700

If your retirement celebration is already planned, coordination services ensure everything comes together exactly as intended. Everstar Events will oversee setup and cleanup, coordinate vendors and volunteers, manage the event timeline, and handle the behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on celebrating this exciting milestone. Pricing varies based on the complexity of the event and the level of coordination requested. 

Corporate Gathering - 75-125 people
