Astro Hound Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) created Evershift Daily as a daily puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains the limited information Evershift Daily handles and how it is used.
Evershift Daily does not contain third-party advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Evershift Daily stores game progress and preferences on your device. This may include completed towers, best times, streaks, statistics, settings, reminder preferences, purchase-entitlement status, and cached leaderboard information.
This on-device information is used to run the game and remember your choices. Deleting the app may remove locally stored information that has not been synchronized through an online service.
Evershift Daily uses Apple Game Center for player authentication, achievements, and leaderboards.
When you use Evershift Daily’s online leaderboards, the app may process:
Your Game Center player identifier
Your Game Center display name
Your Game Center avatar, if available
Your device’s two-letter Region code
The tower date, completion time, move count, app version, score-validation information, and submission time
This information is used to authenticate you, save your best scores, display leaderboard results, prevent cheating, and maintain the online service.
Evershift Daily uses the Region selected in your device settings to choose the country flag shown with your leaderboard profile.
Evershift Daily does not request GPS or Core Location access and does not use your IP address to select this flag. Only the two-letter Region code is sent to the leaderboard service. Changing your device Region may update the flag shown on past and future leaderboard results.
Leaderboards are public within Evershift Daily. Other players may see your Game Center display name, avatar or initials, country flag, score, completion time, and rank.
If you do not want this information displayed through Evershift Daily’s leaderboards, you can choose not to participate in the online leaderboard features.
Apple may collect App Store analytics, purchase information, crash reports, and performance diagnostics according to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policies. Apple may provide Astro Hound Studios with aggregated or diagnostic reports that help us understand app usage, fix crashes, and improve performance.
Evershift Daily does not use an advertising SDK or a cross-app tracking SDK. If we add a separate analytics provider or materially change our analytics practices, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that change takes effect.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.
Astro Hound Studios may receive information needed to determine whether an Evershift Daily Pro entitlement is active, but we do not receive your complete payment-card or banking information. Apple handles payment information under the Apple Privacy Policy.
If you enable daily reminders, Evershift Daily uses Apple’s notification system to schedule them. Reminder preferences are stored on your device, and you can change notification permissions in your device settings.
Evershift Daily uses:
Apple for the App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, achievements, purchases, analytics, diagnostics, and notifications
Supabase to host and operate Evershift Daily’s leaderboard profiles, avatars, scores, country codes, and related online services
These providers may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure their services under their own privacy terms. We only use service providers as needed to operate and improve Evershift Daily.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Evershift Daily, its players, or the security of the service.
Local game information remains on your device until it is removed by the app, you reset it, or you delete the app.
Leaderboard profiles and results may be retained to operate current and historical leaderboards, prevent abuse, and maintain game records.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of leaderboard information associated with you. We may need information sufficient to verify your Game Center identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping.
Your Game Center account and information held directly by Apple must be managed through Apple.
Evershift Daily does not ask players to provide a name, email address, precise location, or other contact information inside the app.
Game Center access and parental controls are managed through Apple. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child’s information has been stored by Evershift Daily inappropriately, contact us so we can review and address the request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Evershift Daily. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Evershift Daily changes or when legal or operational requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
