Facing Your Fears

A Fall Showcase of Student Originated Work

Having your work seen and experienced by an audience can be thrilling--both in a horrifying way and in an extremely rewarding one.

This showcase will put student-written work on stage. Whether it’s a brand new script, a chance to perform your original music, or to show off a talent, this showcase features YOU.

Rehearsals & Meetings:

Friday, October 3rd, 1pm-3pm, Student Activities (CAB 3rd floor)

• Join us to learn more about the showcase, the rehearsal process, and how to get involved.

Monday, October 6th, 1pm-5:30pm, Student Activities (CAB 3rd floor)

• Everyone: Learn about the rehearsal process, tech and show schedule, and other announcements.

• Writers: Bring in your material (songs, poems, scenes, etc!) that can be practiced for the showcase. Please also send submissions to our email for review.

• Actors/Performers: On this day, you'll get assigned what you're performing, and meet your team. 

Continuing open rehearsals will take place on Mondays, between 1pm-5:30pm. 

Drop-in, connect with your team, and put your act on its feet!

Two mandatory Tech Rehearsals will occur during Fall Week 6, leading up to our performance on November 7th. 

Submissions

Submissions of your original work are welcome now!

Original music, new scripts and scenes, or even an act showcasing a talent--whatever you'd like to see performed on stage, either by yourself or other people--can be sent to our email, evergreentheatreclub@gmail.com
