Hi, I'm Kayle, the trainer behind EverFit Training!
I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Human Relations. My education gave me a strong understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, program design, and the science behind improving health and performance. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), allowing me to combine evidence-based knowledge with practical coaching to help my clients reach their goals safely and effectively.
Post graduation, I became a Personal Trainer, and during that time I discovered that I truly found the career I was meant to pursue. Every day, I get to help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident, and I genuinely love what I do. In addition to personal training, I've had the opportunity to work as a high school strength coach, helping athletes improve their strength, confidence, and performance. I've also been fortunate to learn from experienced trainers with many years in the fitness industry, gaining valuable knowledge and coaching techniques that continue to influence the way I coach today.
My passion for fitness started long before I became a trainer. The gym became my second home, and I experienced firsthand how exercise can improve not only your physical health but also your confidence, mindset, and overall quality of life. Those experiences inspired me to pursue personal training because I wanted to help others discover those same benefits.
One thing I've learned is that the gym can be intimidating. For many people, simply walking through the door is the hardest step. Once they're inside, the equipment can seem overwhelming, and it's easy to feel unsure of where to start. That uncertainty often leads people to stick with only the exercises they know or avoid the gym altogether. I've also met many people who believe they can't get a good workout at home because they don't have the "proper" equipment. The truth is, you don't need an expensive home gym to make real progress. With the right guidance, you can build an effective workout routine using the equipment—or even everyday household items—you already have.
That's where I come in. My goal is to make fitness approachable, enjoyable, and sustainable. Whether you're brand new to exercise, getting back into a routine, or looking to take your training to the next level, I'll meet you where you are. Every workout program is personalized to your experience level, goals, lifestyle, and available equipment, so you can feel confident whether you're training in a commercial gym, your garage, or your living room.
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my clients realize what they're capable of. Watching someone grow stronger, gain confidence, and accomplish goals they once thought were impossible is why I love being a personal trainer. At EverFit Training, my mission is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel supported every step of the way. Together, we'll build healthy habits, overcome challenges, and create a fitness routine that works for your life—not the other way around.
I'm excited to be part of your journey and can't wait to help you become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of yourself.
