StreakUp is a habit tracking Android application developed by Everest Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the app, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
StreakUp does not collect or transmit your personal data to any external server. All habit data is stored locally on your device and includes:
Habit names, emojis, colors, and categories
Daily completion history and streak counts
Count-based habit progress
Habit notes
Reminder times and active day settings
User profile (display name and emoji)
App preferences and theme settings
We do not collect your name, email address, location, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information.
The app uses Android's Auto Backup feature. This means your habit data may be automatically backed up to your Google account via Google Drive in order to allow restoration after reinstalling the app or switching devices. This backup is managed entirely by Android and Google. The data backed up is your local app data only and is associated with your Google account. You can disable this at any time via your device's backup settings. For more information, please review the Google Privacy Policy.
The app integrates the Google Play In-App Update library to notify you when a new version of the app is available on the Play Store. This library is provided by Google and operates under the Google Privacy Policy. No third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs are included in this app.
The app requests the following permissions:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS — To send habit reminder notifications at times you configure. You can disable these at any time in the app Settings or your device notification settings.
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM — To deliver reminders at the exact time you set for each habit.
USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT — To display reminder alerts on the lock screen when a habit reminder fires.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — To restore scheduled habit reminders automatically after your device restarts.
WAKE_LOCK — To ensure reminder notifications are delivered reliably even when the device is in sleep mode.
VIBRATE — To vibrate the device when a habit reminder notification is delivered.
None of these permissions are used to collect or upload personal data to external servers.
The app uses Android WorkManager and AlarmManager to schedule and deliver habit reminders in the background. This processing runs entirely on your device and does not involve any network communication or data transmission.
All your data resides on your device. The app provides the following export and sharing features, all of which are initiated only by you:
Export as PDF — Saves a copy of your habit history as a PDF file to your device storage via the Settings tab.
Share habit progress — Allows you to share your habit details as an image or text using your device's standard share sheet. The content is sent only to the app you choose (such as a messaging or social app) and is never uploaded to our servers.
Your habit data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data. If Android Auto Backup is enabled, your data may persist in your Google account backup until you manually delete it from your Google account settings.
You can delete your data at any time in the following ways:
Delete individual habits — Use the delete option within the app to remove specific habits and their history.
Delete all data — Uninstall the app or clear app data via your device Settings > Apps > StreakUp > Storage > Clear Data.
Delete backup data — Remove backed-up data via your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to use. All app functionality operates locally on your device. The Google Play In-App Update library may communicate with Google Play servers solely to check for app updates. No personal habit data is involved in this process.
StreakUp does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at the email address below. Since all data is stored locally on the device, you can remove it immediately by clearing app data or uninstalling the app via device Settings.
Because all habit data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security such as screen lock and device encryption. We do not have access to your habit data and therefore cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from device compromise.
Depending on your country or region, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
The right to access the data held about you
The right to correct inaccurate data
The right to request deletion of your data
The right to withdraw consent at any time
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. For any requests or concerns, contact us at the email address in Section 20.
The app includes an optional home screen widget that displays your today's habit progress directly on your device's home screen. This widget reads habit data stored locally on your device and does not transmit any data externally. The widget is entirely optional and can be removed from your home screen at any time.
When habit reminders are enabled, notifications may include the name of the habit as configured by you. No sensitive personal information is included in notification content. You can manage or disable notifications at any time from the app Settings or your device's notification settings.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold. StreakUp does not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not possess your personal data and therefore cannot provide it, transfer it, or delete it on your behalf beyond the guidance in Section 9. For any privacy-related requests, contact us at the email address in Section 17.
A summary of our data practices is also available in the Data Safety section on our Google Play Store listing. The information there is consistent with this Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, this Privacy Policy takes precedence.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Everest Solutions operates.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
