Everest Noel is an aspiring novelist pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. Growing up in Rhode Island, they noticed a lack of fantasy and sci-fi titles with LGBTQ+ protagonists. Disheartened by the majority of tales ending tragically and the lack of non-binary knights slaying dragons, Everest has made it their purpose to solely create narratives around LGBTQ+ characters in fictional settings to provide the representation they wished they had navigating young adulthood. Additionally, they collaborate with different voices to ensure that others may see themselves represented with sincerity and sensitivity to provide inclusion for all in their favorite form of escapism.

Everest has been published through Rhode Island College's Shoreline 2018 for their non-fiction piece "Hotel Echo Lima Papa" and was featured for their flash fiction "And The Band Plays On..." in Cobbled Bits of Bone: A Dishonored Fanzine in 2022.
