Everest base camp trek distance Difficult. This trek's highest point is 5360m for EBC and 5555m for Kala Patthar. These are not to be taken lightly. The EBC route is long, and the hike to Kala Patthar is quite steep.

Even experienced trekkers may find the Mount everest base camp trek exhausting, as they must walk long distances every day. Each day will consist of continuous ascents and descents before arriving at your destination for the day.
For 1-2 months before the trek, it is recommended to follow a regular workout routine that includes heavy cardio and strength training.
